We Want You! QA/QC Experienced Personnel

Provision of specialists for the supply and support of works specifically related to the manufacture, repair, maintenance, inspection, assembly, testing, preservation, care and transportation of Drilling, Completion and Intervention equipment. The works shall be provided in Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular Malaysia).
Positions Available;
- QA/QC Supervisor (Malaysian Based) who shall have a minimum of ten (10) years QA/QC experience related to the following:
- 1. Redressing / Re-certification of Drilling, Completion and Intervention equipment
- 2. Non-Destructive Testing, MT, UT, PT, VT of general engineering components including castings, forgings and welds.
- 3. Manufacturing process of Wellhead, Xmas Trees, Completion and Intervention Equipment
- 4. Evaluation of WORKS or GOODS provider QMS and internal process via assessment and audit.
- 5. Verification and inspection of Cargo Carrying Units (CCU’s), lifting equipment and associated accessories such as wire rope slings, fiber slings, shackles, turn buckles, eye bolts etc.
- QA/QC Inspectors, internationally (US, Europe, Singapore and Japan) who shall have a minimum of five (5) years QA/QC experience related to the following:
- 1. Manufacturing of various Drilling, Completion and Intervention equipment (e.g. OCTG, Wellhead/Xmas Tree, Completion Equipment, Liner Hangers, Screens etc...)
- 2. Evaluation of Manufacturing Facility QMS and manufacturing processes via assessment and audit.
- 3. Product Qualification and validation testing and verification requirements such as ISO 13679, API 6A PR 2 and ASTM Testing
- 4. Factory Acceptance Tests of Wellhead and Xmas Tree equipment.
- 5. Site Integration Testing of Wellhead, Xmas Trees, Tractor Units, Coil Tubing Units etc.
- 6. Machine shop operations such as threading, gauging, inspection and testing of Proprietary and Rotary Connections.
- QA/QC Advisor (KL Based) who shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years QA/QC, and;
- 1. Demonstrated experience in supervisory positions
- 2. Strong health, safety, security, and environmental commitment
- 3. Excellent understanding of Quality Management principles and practices
- 4. Experience supervising and leading use of advanced quality tools and auditing processes
- 5. Experience with international quality standards such as ISO29001, ISO9001, API Q1, API 5CT, API 6A, API 11D1 etc.
- 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7. Experience with project quality programs
- 8. Strong project management skills coupled with good commercial awareness
- QA/QC Inspectors, internationally (US, Europe, Singapore and Japan) who shall have a minimum of five (5) years QA/QC experience related to the following:
