Operations Supervisor
Originally from Poland, Kasia studied environmental protection in Poznan before moving to Jersey for a “short holiday” where she resides 10 years later.
Prior to joining CSS Agency Kasia worked front of house in hospitality in a 4-star hotel where she was trained to deliver exceptional customer service. During her time at the hotel she was awarded a certification as a Gold Welcome Host. Recently she worked as a letting property and negotiating Manager for a local letting agency where she gained extensive experience in liaising with landlords and tenants.
Moving into the Operations Team, Kasia brings with her vast Administration and Customer Service Skills. In addition, she is fluent in Polish and English and understands Russian and Slovakian.
